Humboldt County ExhibitThis is an “Official Post Card” from the Panama-Pacific International Exposition that was held in San Francisco in 1915. The card shows the Humboldt County Exhibit, but I must say that I can’t quite make sense of the visually confusing image. Just what are we seeing?

  1. The thing in the foreground looks like a giant sandbox. I suppose the Lawrence of Arabia action figures are sold separately.
